It is official now, Hayley is just like her mom. Amy was nicknamed "Grace" when she was little for getting hurt so often and now Hayley has taken over this role. She is always getting hurt from being so active. She has NO FEAR and loves to climb, jump, and run. She has fallen and scraped her knee or knees a total of 5 times in the past 2 weeks, with the worst one being today. She re-injured her right knee so bad we had to use 3 large band-aids.

Eventually we will have the entire patio torn up and done over.

He is sooooo fast. We had to take turns with Hayley. We called the patio our race track and each of them took a turn on the track by themselves.
Hayley did not want the Dora Scooter, but had to have the Diego one. She is all about Diego more so than Dora at the moment. Target did not have the Diego Helmet set or she would have wanted it. She even wants us to buy her the Diego undies since she is potty training. The only problem we see is that they are not unisex, but really designed for boys.
As the night of riding the scooter went on she was getting faster and faster. She was really enjoying riding and even wiped out once and said, "thanks mom for the knee pad, it didn't hurt." If we would have only bought them 2 weeks ago.
It was so nice to watch the kids ride their scooter and not fall into the gaps between the concrete slabs. Trevor had to slow down for this lap since Hayley was on the track as well. Not to sure why each of them is watching their feet intead of in front of them, but at least now if they crash they will be protected.
