Children's Discovery Museum

On Wednesday, we took the kids to the Children's Discovery Museum in San Jose. Here are some of the fun things the kids got to experience.

Sean helps Hayley make a doll out of corn husks.

Here the kids learned what it felt like to pull something without wheels and something with wheels. Both agreed the cart with wheels was easier to pull than the one without.

Trevor was trying to make a circle on this giant etch-a-sketch, using the swinging pendulum at the bottom. He was almost successful.

Just having fun with circles.

A circle boat from Vietnam. Hayley tried to put the hat on, but it kept falling off. So they both just rowed the boat.

Trevor spun this around to make red and green circle. For some reason the cool picture I took showing the circles came out too blurry to post. So please pretend you see red and green circles.

Trevor pretending to be injured and in need of the ambulance. Hayley could care about less about the gurney, she just wanted to drive.

This one is for Cousin Scott, who when not being a Newark Firefighter works for AMR, American Medical Services.

Trevor was so out of breath after playing with this bubble blowing machine. He had lots of fun, just lost his breath.

The bubble area was really cool.
All three of the kids had a great time blowing on the bubbles.

Trevor was really surprised at how heavy the fire fighter's coat was.
