This dress was given to Hayley for her 3rd Birthday Grammy and Papa Bear. She has been wanting to wear it since then, but it was a little big. Well, she continued to push and we caved. Good thing we did as she looks very cute and "big-girlish", (yes that is a word). It is still a bit big, but not as big as it was in September, She has grown a lot since then. The New Dress...
