Hayley started her soccer practice on Monday, July 6. We went on Sunday to get her a ball, cleats, shin guards and socks. Although you can not see the ball or shin guards they are pink like her socks. Her little Nike Cleats even have a PINK swoosh symbol on the side. She is using Trevor's soccer bag until Grandma Roletto can make her one. (Hint, Hint)The coach Hayley was supposed to have backed out at the last minute, well last 3 hours. She called Ana, who was to be the assistant coach, at 3:00 and told her that she is not able to be the coach this season. Practice was to start at 6:00. When the parents arrived Ana explained what had happened and said she will take the lead, but has never done this before so she will need all the parents to help out. Everyone is willing to help out so this will be unique team. Here are a few pictures from Hayley's first practice.
Hayley is the only girl on the team and is the tallest. She is a little intimidated by the fact that there is only boys, but I am sure that will wear off soon and she will be fine.
She seemed to enjoy herself and did well at her practice.
