On Thursday, May 3 we went to Epcot.
Epcot should have been posted before Magic Kingdom, but I forgot that we changed the order of our days. We were supposed to go to Magic Kingdom on May 3 since they had Extra Morning Hours and Epcot on May 4 as they had Extra Evening Hours, but at the last minute we decided to go to Epcot instead.
Our first and second ride of the day was GM Test Track. This was another Trevor favorite. Hayley unfortunately was just a smigen shorter than the required 40" and could not ride. So Mom and Hayley stayed off the first time.
If Hayley could stand herself up as straight as possible and not look like she was doing so, she would pass for 40". She is less than half an inch below 40. She is leaning here, but she could pass if she understood standing as straight as possible.
Mission Space: Not for the faint of heart, or the ones with back trouble, or the ones with high blood pressure, or the pregnant ones... Well, you get the idea.
After Test Track Sean and Grandpa were going to go on Mission Space. They had planned to go on with the Green Team which is the less intensive training (no centrifuge) as you can read from the above sign, but at the last minute Sean changed his mind and they went ORANGE. Yes, Grandpa joined the ORANGE Team too.
By the time we finished Test Track, Mission Space and Ellen's Energy Adventure we decided it was time for lunch. We ate lunch at the Electric Umbrella Restaurant. The kid's meals came in a Mickey Shaped dish. They were given fruit and applesauce in addition to the main course.
I thought I would pop right in and give Joe and Dan a ring.
Then go for a spot of tea at the Tea Shoppe.
While I was in the Tea Shoppe Sean took this picture of the kids.

This is how I find Trevor when I came out of the shoppe. He fell very fast asleep because I was only in the store less than 5 minutes. He stayed asleep for about 1 1/2 hour.
While walking through the Japan Pavillion, Sean spotted this Bonzai Tree in the water. There were so many Bonzai to see, but this one was the best.
Sean and Hayley on a bridge overlooking the pond in the Japan Pavillion. Trevor would be in the picture, but he is still sleeping.
This is a view of Spaceship Earth from across the World Showcase Lagoon. The black barges in the water are there for the fireworks shows called Illuminations: Reflections of Earth that displays above the World Showcase Lagoon. We did not make it back to Epcot at night to see it though. Sean and I saw it when we were there in 2000.
Trevor spent the majority of our World Showcase visit asleep in the stroller. Hayley joined him about half way around the showcase.
It was so hot this day so the kids got Pink Lemonade Slushes. We thought it was cute how they both have their legs crossed and are concentrating so hard on getting a good spoonful of frozen lemonade.
Here is where we are on the Leaving a Legacy Wall. During the Millennium Celebration they had when we went in 2000, Sean and I had our picture taken for the Wall. They said this display would be up for at least 10 years. We were so glad to actually be able to see it on the wall.
Did you find our picture? If not we are the third row up from the bottom, third picture from the left.
We needed to get a family picture with Peter Pan according to Hayley. She requested it as soon as we walked in the park and wouldn't stop asking about it until we did so later in the day.
While we were visiting Disney World, Epcot had the International Flower and Graden Festival. There was flowers everywhere and many "toon"ful topiaires. We thought the Peter Pan and Captain Hook Topiary was very cool. It was the first one you saw when you entered the Park.
Mickey and Minnie we not only guarding the "treasured flowers" but the World Showcase Lagoon as well. They were at the entrance to the World Showcase.
If you look on the back corner of the planter box you can see a real rabbit and if you look in the foreground you can see one made out of shrubery.
This topairy was right outside a tea store in the United Kingdom Pavillion.
The Three Cabarellos were at the beginning of the Mexico Pavillion.
