Trevor and Hayley got this Giraffe pool a few weeks ago and every time it is hot they want to go in the pool. Then after the 15 minutes it takes to fill up the pool and the 10 minutes of playing in it they are too cold and want out. Well, this past weekend we told them NO. they had to warm up and continue playing. So what did they do...
They laid out on our patio and got warm. They should have use their towels so the dirt from the patio would not end up in the pool, but they liked this instead. Well that is for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then they wanted to get their sweats on so they could be warm. All the while promising not to got back near the pool once dressed.
Next thing we know Trevor is running in the house saying that Hayley dumped water on his head. We go out back to find her like this. Just dumping buckets of water on herself. Needless to say having the sweats on made the pool more fun.
Trevor did not do too much of the pouring, but he sure stood still and let Hayley dump the water on him. They really had fun doing this.
Here is the aftermath. NO - I did not let them come into the house like this. I made them take their clothes off outside while Dad ran a very warm bath.
