Sean put up the tent the other day so we could see if it was okay. The last time it was used it had rained and although the person that borrowed it open it to let it dry we have not used it since. That was in 2005, I think. We want to go camping this summer so we decided we better check it out now, instead of waiting until we set up camp.

The kids loved playing in the tent. They kept running in and out the door and rolling around inside. Thankfully they used their feet and bodies to clean out any left over dirt. What considerate and helpful children we have.

The tent passed inspection and is ready for a Johnson Family Camping Trip. Now does anyone know of a local hotel that will allow Sean and the kids to put up the tent in the parking lot, while I sleep in the nice warm hotel room? If so, let me know as I would like to make reservations. Hehe!

I think Boo was talking to Sean the other day. When you view these pictures on the computer really fast you can here him say, "take me camping with you."
